Noelani is a senior at Niwot and a cartoonist on the paper. She loves collecting plants and pins and having a spending habit on coffee. Art is a true passion of Noelani's, creating characters and stories is what she loves! Noelani loves the 70’s, 80’s, and 90’s fashion aesthetic. One thing she really enjoys is European culture - many of her characters come from different parts of the world (mainly Europe).
